These projects were developed independently as part of my personal brand-building. Each one reflects how I think as an aspiring brand executive — researching real markets, defining real audiences, and building strategies I would stand behind professionally. All work is clearly labelled as self-initiated or academic and has not been commissioned by the brands featured.

Cocoon

Cocoon is a Vegan Society-certified Vietnamese skincare brand built on tropical ingredient storytelling. I developed a full Australian market entry strategy — positioning the brand, identifying its target audience, and mapping a retail activation approach that builds trust with ethical beauty consumers.

BAC+

BAC+ is a skincare brand I created from scratch — rooted in my personal experience navigating acne and skin health. I developed the brand identity, product philosophy, target audience, and marketing strategy, applying everything I’ve learned about what skincare consumers genuinely need versus what brands typically tell them.
